just got back from another eventful meeting with mallika. twas interesting, i guess......we totally wasted our money on "chronicles of riddick", which was one of the suckiest movies ever....and we walked out on it anyways.
jeehae, christine, and michael joined us later. but my head hurts and i can't type that much about them. | | |
| i just watched "a streetcar named desire".
and, well, all i can say is that marlon brando is incredibly SEXY.
well, was. he's dead now, and the most recent movie i saw with him in it was "don juan de marco" and he was old and kinda overweight. but that was a really good movie. i recommend it. especially when the girl "don juan de marco" falls in love with on the island's like "how many people have you slept with?" and he's thinking and then says "1,502." but you have to watch the movie to actually get it.
by the way, if you haven't heard of "a streetcar named desire", then here's something to make you remember:
"STELLLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
yup, that's where the whole "STELLA!!!!" thing came from.

| ok, so i finally went about and updated.
and really, i should have put up pix, but right now isn't a good time.....i'm trying to bring closure to summer.

| i have watched 3 movies on this trip. however, i have watched one twice. which one is it, eh?
- harry potter 3
- shrek 2
- spiderman 2
which one is it? hm? hm?
spiderman 2. (A W E S O M E ! ! !)
if you got that, you win absolutely nothing. but if you're mat, you win extra wheat bread from yours truly.
anyways, they're all very nice sequels, but spiderman was awesome! all the action sequences were really cool, however, it was a bit soap opera-ish. nice screenplay, however. actually when i went on the today show, kirsten dunst was on it, but she didn't come out to where all the people stood around with random signs. i was like, um, ok...but i did see matt lauer, which was cool. HOWEVER tobey maguire went on the show the very next day and he went outside and chatted with the random people outside. WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THAT?!
but oh well, when i was walking around times square one day, i saw them through a huge window in mtv studios....they waved at the huge amount of people on the street looking at them. i took some pix. i'll post them up when i get back home.
shrek 2 was cool, but i think the original was better. and harry potter 3 was better than the previous movies. well done. i have to say, the trio's acting did get a little better.
but hey.
